The existing method to secure electrical and gas services for construction sites from Nevada Energy was woefully antiquated. Clients were burdened with the necessity of numerous visits to NVEnergy offices, filling out obsolete PDF forms, and either faxing or physically delivering them. This was followed by the tedious task of making follow-up calls to monitor the status of their applications. The complexity of NVEnergy’s system, with its diverse procedures for different types of construction, posed a significant challenge for customers to navigate.
